Hello and welcome 😀

I'm Nicole, I'm originally from Scotland (UK) and my teaching journey began 10 years ago when I decided to move to Vietnam after I had finished university. From there I went on to teach in Australia and New Zealand before finally settling in the Netherlands.
I'm passionate about inclusive education and continuously searching for new ways to combine technology and learning. I've worked with a diverse range of students from those with learning challenges due to dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, and ADHD to refugees and immigrants. My teaching philosophy is student-centered. Meaning I avoid a one-size-fits-all approach and tailor lessons to the specific needs and wants of my students allowing for a wide range of topics often left out of the classroom environment. In addition to my extensive teaching experience, I hold a Cambridge CELTA certificate and an MSc in TESOL & Intercultural Communication. I'm currently undertaking the DELTA qualification and training to become a Cambridge Examiner.
