Frequently Asked Questions  (FAQs)

If your official exam result is a full band score or grade level lower than the predicted result you receive at the end of the course, I will cover the cost of one remark or one single skill retake, depending on what the exam provider offers.

You do not need to have booked your exam before starting, but the guarantee requires that you sit the exam within 6 weeks of completing the course. However, if you have a deadline, look into the waiting times for the next exam date - sometimes it can be up to 2 weeks.

I recommend 4 weeks because it is intensive and keeps the exam fresh in your mind. A longer option can be discussed during your level check.

No. You book and pay for the exam separately. You book it directly with the official test centre. I can guide you through the steps.

You can take general English private lessons first to build your level, then move to exam preparation. I'll let you know during your level check what the best course is for you.
