Got a Question?
We start with a short and friendly chat online. I will ask you some questions to check your CEFR level (A0-C1).
You can book your FREE level check here: https://www.nicolefindlaytutor.com/freeenglishlevelcheck
After your level check, I send you an email with the course registration including payment options.
Once paid, you are registered for a course or private lessons.
After this, you get access to your interactive material.
No. The fee covers your lessons, materials and any administration fees. Any additional fees for changes or refunds follow the Terms and Conditions.
I cannot provide visa support. I am not registered as a school that sponsors visas, so I am not legally allowed to issue the documents needed for a study visa. If you already have a visa (study, travel, work) to stay in the Netherlands, you are welcome to join.
I do not arrange accommodation directly. I can share suggestions and useful websites if you need help.
Most lessons are on weekdays. If weekends work better for you, feel free to contact me and we will see what is possible.
Yes. Every month I run a free social event for all my learners.
It is relaxed and friendly, and it helps you use your English in real life. Examples include picnics, museum visits, and café meet ups.

You pay for the course when you complete the course registration. All payment information is sent to your email.

Courses require a minimum number of learners to run.
Group courses need a minimum of 4 students
Fluency Sessions need a minimum of 6 students.
If the minimum number is not reached, you will be offered a private group course or an alternative option.
Yes. At the end of your course, you get a certificate of completion with your level and the number of hours studied.
Group lessons are small and friendly. We speak a lot and use real language from everyday life. You get personal feedback and space to grow at your own pace.
Groups are kept small so you get more speaking time and a relaxed atmosphere.
No. All materials are included in the fee. You will receive a link to them in your confirmation email.
We begin with a short and friendly online chat to find your level and goals. For each course you must be that level to ensure everyone has an opportunity to learn.
Yes. My lessons are personal to you. I’m used to working with students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and literacy challenges.
Group lessons cannot be moved, rescheduled or refunded. If you miss a class, you receive the materials and a short summary so you can catch up.
Private lessons are offered during weekdays and evenings. If weekends are better for you, contact me and we can check availability.
Private lessons are helpful if you have a specific goal such as work communication, speaking confidence or exam preparation. They are also good for students who are very nervous to join a group for their first lessons.
IELTS Academic, Cambridge First (FCE), Cambridge Advanced (CAE) and LanguageCert.
We focus on the skills the exam tests: speaking, writing, reading and listening. We practise with real exam-style tasks and past papers. You learn clear strategies and structures and expand your academic vocabulary and grammar.
No. The month-long intensive route is for fast progress. We can also plan a slower or lighter schedule depending on your current level, your target score and your available time.
Yes. I give clear, direct feedback and examples so you know exactly how to improve. I cannot give an official exam score because only certified exam centres are allowed to do this.
This depends on your starting level and the score you want. We will discuss this together in your free level check and plan a route that feels realistic and supportive.
No. You book the exam separately. If you have not booked it yet, I can guide you through the process step by step.
If you complete the course and you receive a score that is one full band (or level) lower than we agreed as your target, I will pay for either a re-mark or a re-sit, if that exam allows it. This support depends on the specific exam and format. We will discuss what applies to your exam during the level check so everything is clear before you begin.
