If you join a WhatsApp class group, your phone number will be visible to other members.

I do not collect unnecessary personal data.

• Use Notion for course materials or assignments

• Join a WhatsApp group for course communication

The legal basis for this is your consent, contract (providing the course you sign up for) and sometimes legitimate interest (course communication).

5. Services I Use to Deliver Lessons

I use a small number of trusted services to run lessons and communicate with students:

Wix Website: hosting and contact forms

Gmail: Email communication

Google Sheets: Attendance tracking and internal admin

Zoom: Online lessons

WhatsApp: Class communication and reminders

Notion: Course materials, assignments and feedback

Genially: Interactive lesson presentations

These services may store data securely inside or outside the EU. All are widely used and committed to GDPR compliance.

7. How Long I Keep Information

• Enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months.

• Student files and attendance records are kept for up to 7 years for bookkeeping and tax requirements.

• You may request deletion of non financial learning information at any time.

• Ask for deletion of your data (when allowed)
